About the Founder – Don Mazonas
Backlinks.one was founded by Don Mazonas, an SEO specialist and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the digital marketing industry.
Don started his journey in SEO back in the mid-2000s, experimenting with affiliate websites, ranking blogs, and testing every backlink strategy possible. Over the years, he built and managed dozens of SEO projects, including private blog networks (PBNs), niche authority sites, and client campaigns across industries.
By 2018, Don was already powering SEO agencies in high-stakes industries. His backlinks helped finance agencies rank for some of the most competitive keywords in the UK, including payday loans. He also became a go-to specialist for taboo and restricted industries such as escorts, gambling, CBD, and adult websites — niches where most SEO agencies are too afraid to compete.
Today, Don runs Backlinks.one as the culmination of years of SEO experience and experimentation. His focus is simple:
